We are happy to hold a course directly for as a company / organization. Contact us for a time and arrangement that suits you. Our course material is always written in English. Do you want that even the oral presentation is in English, so just say so. No later than one week before the start of the course, participants receive an invitation to our app My-Ribomation, where they have access to installation instructions and the course material as a PDF.
Classroom Course
We come to you and hold the course. You arrange a suitable course room with data projector and whiteboard. The participants bring their own computers the course. The teacher brings his own laptop. It is also possible that some of participants participate remotely via Zoom. The price includes printed course material.

Remote Course
You all participate in a distance course via Zoom and the teacher stays with us. Participants bring their own computers to the course.

Terms of Sale for Company Custom Courses
- All prices are stated excluding statutory VAT (25%)
- Our invoice is sent as a PDF via e-mail after the course. Unless you explicitly request a paper invoice, which is then sent by regular mail.
- The invoice must be paid 15 days after the invoice date. If you want a longer payment period, we can arrange this at an extra cost. Amounts and conditions can be found at the bottom of this page.
- Reminder fee and interest on arrears are issued in the event of late payment
- You can cancel free of charge up to and including three weeks (21 days) before the start of the course; then the full price is charged
You register for a scheduled course via the course page and a selected date. You use your own computer for the course. No later than one week before the start of the course, you will receive an invitation to our app My-Ribomation, where you have access to installation instructions and the course material as a PDF.
Discount for Co-Invoicing
We give a 20% discount for additional participants from the same company at the same course opportunity and who can be invoiced together. For example, you are three people from the same company and sign up for a scheduled course, which runs on a specific date. Then we invoice one the full price for one person and reduced price for the other two persons.
Classroom Course
Our classrooms are centrally located in Stockholm and you bring your laptop to the course. Free wi-fi in place. The price includes printed course material and coffee with snacks in the morning and afternoon.

Remote Course

Terms of sale for Scheduled Courses

- Invoice is sent as a PDF via e-mail after the course. Unless you explicitly request a paper invoice, which is then sent by regular mail.
- The invoice must be paid 15 days after the invoice date.
- Reminder fee and interest on arrears are issued in the event of late payment.
- It is possible to cancel free of charge up to three weeks (21 days) before the start of the course; then the full price is charged.
- You can transfer your place to a colleague, provided that you inform us.
In cases where you want a longer credit period than what is stated in our standard terms, we have the opportunity to procure one, provided that you bear the additional cost. The following table summarizes our price supplement.
Payment period refers to the time period that runs from the start of the course / assignment until complete payment has been received.
We cannot stress enough how important it is that you send the invoicing information you want us to enter on the invoice in good time.
This means that if we have received incomplete information about e.g. purchase number, billing address or anything else that causes your purchasing department to reject our invoice and we have to re-invoice (credit + new invoice), then we add a cost for our extra work, and that the payment period is extended.
For example, if you have a 90-day payment period and your purchasing department rejects our invoice 90 days after we sent it and requests an updated invoice, we charge for the work with re-invoicing and the double payment period (90 + 90 days).
